Victory Hall — with Jimmie Flora
Background
Victory Hall is more than just a local bar or event venue. It is a community gathering place that celebrates heartfelt connection through craft cocktails, tasty bar bites, and a rotating curation of local art and music. Additionally, Victory Hall produces and hosts special events, with a focus on engaging diverse communities. They are dedicated to providing a space that warmly invites and celebrates human connection.
During the pandemic, proprietor Deana Sison doubled down on her business and invested in new space renovations to welcome customers back to Victory Hall.
“Having survived 2 years of the pandemic, and a dozen or so pivots, the most important focus for us will be developing and solidifying our business model and marketing our new face (and offerings) to the public in the post-pandemic era. VICTORY HALL needs to improve their digital presence to be a trustworthy voice within their community of returning customers as well as engage with their growing audience.”

“A focused marketing plan, effective targeted campaigns, and a curated calendar of events, we’Il hope to reach 40k in monthly revenue by the end of 2nd Quarter 2022, and 50k monthly revenue by the end of 3rd Quarter 2022. “ –Deanna Sison, Victory Hall proprietor
The to revenue growth is email marketing and social media content that…
“[balances] content between delivering value and making offers. Social strategy that will turn followers into active engagers – positioned to be a trusted business poised to convert followers into engagers and loyal customers.” –Deanna Sison
Results
Financially, Jimmie’s digital marketing campaigns have shown immediate results. $33,043 in venue rentals and food and beverage sales have been attributed to this partnership. A $4,000 grant from the SEED Network, funded by the Wells Fargo Foundation as resulted in an outstanding 8.25x ROI.
“Overall it has been exciting times to help relaunch their renovated venue space. A few wins include bringing the Victory Hall managers & staff together to identify their current brand values and mission. By helping them differentiate their personal ideas of the brand with their actual brand values and missions, it helps them work together as a team to ensure they embody their branding internally and with their event programming. ”
This project was fully-funded by The SEED Program through our partner, The Wells Fargo Foundation.
All services were provided to Victory Hall for free as a recipient of the Business Matchmaking Grant. As a B2B service-providing member of The SEED Network, Jimmie Flora was fully compensated for their services.
